Terms & Conditions of the Movie Voucher
1. Movie Voucher is redeemable for a 2D movie ticket at box office, website or app with e-Voucher Code, on or before the Expiry Date.
2. This voucher shall be applicable to all Emperor Cinemas (Emperor Cinemas & Emperor Cinemas Plus) in Hong Kong / Macau. Emperor Cinemas reserved all the rights to revise this clause without further notice. All rights reserved by Emperor Cinemas hereby shall be final and conclusive.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, this voucher shall not be applicable to Emperor Cinemas out of Hong Kong / Macau as well as VIP Theatre - the CORONET, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcast programs, bulk purchase and house booking and movie with special engagement with film distributors.
4. A surcharge is required for long movies, 3D movies, IMAX 2D / 3D movies, 4D movies, ATMOS movies, movies with special engagement with film distributors and designated movies.
5. Movie Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or resold or used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
6. Movie Voucher can be used once and redeemable for one movie ticket only.
7. Movie Voucher will be invalidated if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
8. Emperor Cinemas reserves the right to amend and supplement any terms & conditions of Movie Voucher without prior notice.
9. In case of disputes, decisions of Emperor Cinemas shall be final.
AIA Vitality Movie e-Voucher / Movie Voucher are NOT applicable to the following movie(s) or special program(s):
