1. Movie e-Voucher is redeemable for a 2D movie ticket at Emperor Cinemas box office, website or apps on or before the expiry date (except ticketing kiosk). 
2. This voucher is not applicable for VIP Theatre - the CORONET, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcast programs, bulk purchase and house booking and movie with special engagement with film distributors. (Please refer Ticket Discount Details of “Promotion” page)
3. A surcharge is required for long movies, 3D movies, IMAX 2D/ 3D movies, 4D movies, movies with special engagement with film distributors and designated movies. (Please refer Ticket Discount Details of “Promotion” page)
4. This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or resold or used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
5. This voucher can be used once and redeemable for one movie ticket only. Please keep e-voucher code safe and private to prevent authorized use or lost.
6. This voucher will be invalidated if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

Twins Combo Coupon
Terms & Conditions

1. The Twins Combo voucher can only be used in the validity period, and shall lapse after the expiration.
2. The Twins Combo voucher is only applicable to the Emperor Cinemas in Hong Kong.
3. The Twins Combo voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and strictly not for resale and shall not be used in conjunction with other promotional offer.
4. The Twins Combo voucher can only be used once and is only redeemable for 1 popcorn of caramel/butter flavor and 2 soft drink.
5. In case of any lost, theft, defaced, revised or damaged, the popcorn voucher is deemed to be invalid and will not be refunded or re-issued.
6. Emperor Cinemas shall reserve the rights to revise these terms and conditions without further notice.
