Synopsis
Na-young, a 35-year-old woman who has lived her entire life in a small seaside village, considers taking care of her old house, cooking for her family and friends, and calling them over to spend time together are the most important things in her life. With no experience nor the intention to live anywhere else, Na-young is like the village guardian. However, the seemingly ordinary family which consists of Na-young, her mother Jung-ok and younger brother Sung-woon, has a hidden past. Jung-ok had raised Na-young as her daughter on behalf of Na-young’s parents who died in an accident. Na-young had grown up like siblings with Sung-woo, who was born after Jung-ok had taken her in. Naturally, Na-young values her current home, her family, and her surroundings more than anyone, and works hard to keep them. Feeling sorry and worried about Na-young who cares for everyone else but herself, Jungok announces she will sell her house and Na-young is forced to face major changes. On top of that, 19-year-old Sung-woon declares that he will move to Seoul after graduating from high school. Faced with having to lose her home and her family, Na-young becomes confused and lost. Then one day, she becomes interested in bowling after experiencing a strange phenomenon called "Dolphin" at the bowling alley she goes to cover a story on the job. From then on, whenever she has clashes with her family, Na-young visits the bowling alley for refuge.
